About this work

I’m often judged by my appearance. At first I hated it because I wanted people to see what’s inside. But eventually I stopped caring. I came to think it was fine if only I understood myself. Everyone says things like “you’re a careless person” or “you don’t seem to think about anything” on their own. So I started acting like that kind of person in front of them. Then I kind of lost myself. The me at home, the me at work, the me with friends — which one was the real me...? I got so confused that I stopped caring, became self-destructive, and thought maybe I should do some erotic work to easily make money, eat good food, and buy what I like. I really don’t know how I ended up like that. It’s a mystery, but once I decide to try something I want to do it — maybe it has meaning, maybe my world will expand — so I applied. After actually filming, it was totally different from the image I had. I would never do anything I hated, and watching the actors who take their work seriously, I honestly thought professionals are amazing. I thought nervousness would make it impossible to feel anything, but they were kind, so I relaxed and ended up feeling it. Maybe this is love.
