Somewhere today the moans of innocent men echo again. The woman who spends her days hunting down virgins and squeezing out their virgin essence—the “phantom thief mature woman Kuroageha”—was searching for the legendary “Virgin Emperor.” The detective Ibuki Satoshi, accompanied by DT7, tries to corner Kuroageha. Kuroageha cleverly sees through the trap Ibuki set and takes DT7’s virgins, saying, “These kids weren’t the Virgin Emperor either…” Having toyed with his cute subordinates and ended in an embarrassing result, Ibuki vows revenge against Kuroageha together with DT7’s last virgin, Nakabayashi Gō (那珂林ごう).
