About this work

After her child started living on their own, Yumi began a pottery class seeking fulfillment in a second chapter of her life. Likewise, Asami — whose child had grown up and whose work had settled down — started attending the pottery class Yumi opened, frequently, to enjoy her own second life. The two secretly had feelings for each other, but since they both had families they never considered becoming anything more: a little chat... their hands touching just slightly... that was enough. However, a single hemp rope throws their lives out of sync.
