A global pharmaceutical company needed to collect data on adolescents' rectums and anuses for clinical trials of a new drug that shows innovative effects against rectal cancer. In return for a huge donation, the principal of a certain coeducational school agreed to conduct anal health examinations using students as subjects. It's not hard to imagine that if this became public it would make sensational news. To carry it out more covertly, the exams were made mixed‑gender and homeroom teachers were coerced into participating. Students were enticed with the carrot of improved school evaluation scores leading to recommendation-based admissions. Female teachers were subjected to mind‑control tactics with commands like “Be a role model for the students as an educator,” and thus the mixed‑gender anal health examinations were carried out.
