Reiko is the chief of the loan department at a major bank. Her father's medical bills mounted after he fell ill, and ironically, although she is in a position to grant loans, she herself is struggling to raise money. Around that time, Shimano, the owner of a bar who is a client, suggests she try “papa-katsu” after learning of her situation.
